Joe Terry
Chief Executive Officer
Joe Terry is Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Visions, responsible for driving the company to become the recognized category leader in the Sales and Marketing Enablement space. Joe’s mission as CEO is “building a world class organization that changes the lives of his team, community and customers.” Joe brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations and executive management from companies such as Workstream, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ventaso and Pacific Medical. In addition, he spent five years in Senior Level Sales Management positions at Kronos, with the most recent being VP of Global Sales for the Talent Management Division. Recently, Joe has built a new leadership team and led the company to record growth in 2008, 2009 and year to date.
Joe studied Marketing at California State University, Hayward, earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Joe played middle linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks.

Tim Riesterer
Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Consulting and Products
Tim brings with him over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting services, executive marketing and sales, advertising and communications with in-depth knowledge in message development and delivery methods. He will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Corporate Visions' Senior Consultants and driving all marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Corporate Visions executive team, Tim co-founded Customer Message Management, LLC (CMM Group), where he was CEO. At CMM Group, Tim was in charge of developing customer-relevant, sales-ready marketing, communications and sales support tools for the company's world-class clients. Prior to CMM Group, Tim was CMO and VP of Strategic Services for Ventaso; a marketing and sales effectiveness software company. Additionally Tim was President and CEO of Brady Marketing Group, specializing in B2B marketing communications services. Tim also worked in marketing, communication and sales support for world-class technology manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation and GE Medical Systems.
Tim is a dedicated marketing and sales leader. He continues to expand on the current growth and achievements of Corporate Visions to ensure client satisfaction, while leveraging the superior skills of Corporate Visions' Consultants and creative Marketing team.
Tim is also co-author of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing's Impact on Selling (AMA) and has a degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Lisa de Roulet
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa leads Corporate Visions’ Finance and Operations teams, which are responsible for defining capital structure, planning, controlling and maximizing the business’s financial performance and growth.
She brings over 25 years of expertise in financial planning and analysis, operational management and systems deployment to the executive team.
Lisa has demonstrated effectiveness in communicating the definition of “what success looks like” for the business, infusing a passion for that vision throughout the organization, and leading that vision through successful execution.
Prior to assuming her current role, Lisa served as Vice President of Finance for US Foodservice, where she oversaw all aspects of finance for their $120 million food distribution division. She has a diverse background in finance and operations within the technology, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Residing in Nevada, Lisa joined Corporate Visions in 2009 and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, Magna cum Laude from San Francisco State University.
Kevin Guthrie
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Kevin is responsible for leading all aspects of Corporate Visions' global sales strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Kevin led Oracle's Commercial CRM On Demand Team as Vice President of North America Sales. Under his leadership, CRM On Demand was the fastest growing business application in Oracle's portfolio. Kevin also held various leadership positions at Hyperion Solutions until it was acquired by Oracle. As Sales Director of Northern California Hyperion | Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, Kevin's team was twice recognized as Americas Region of the Year and as Global Region of the Year, Emerging Technologies.
Kevin is a former Corporate Visions client, and he has firsthand knowledge of the transformative impact of marketing and sales alignment on company culture, sales strategy and process, and overall sales performance. He also served on Corporate Visions' Executive Advisory Board before joining the company.
Kevin graduated with a BA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and he has completed additional coursework in Corporate Finance at University of California, Berkeley.
Erik Peterson
Vice President of Strategic Consulting
Erik Peterson has a passion for, and an avid understanding of, the neuroscience behind how the brain makes decisions.
Erik’s extensive professional background equips him with a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business development skills. Throughout his career, Erik has been both a salesperson and a sales manager. He has utilized virtually every sales channel that companies use to reach their customers – face-to-face selling, inside sales, channel sales and direct marketing. He has held such positions as Director of Strategic Accounts, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Sales. While in the sales world, he consistently exceeded his quota and led a team that was featured as a case study in the New York Times bestseller Selling with Integrity.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Jeff Morgenthaler
Vice President of Sales, East
With more than 25 years of sales experience, Jeff has earned an outstanding reputation for leading high performing global account teams. Through his systematic approach to account management, Jeff is dedicated to helping sales and marketing executives develop practical, highly-usable marketing and sales solutions to drive superior sales results.
Prior to joining Corporate Visions Inc. as a Global Accounts Director, Jeff served as VP of Business Development for Holden International. His client roster included AT&T, Cisco, Accenture, Pitney Bowes Inc., Capgemini and Kronos Inc. Jeff’s sales career spans a variety of companies including his first sales job at Lanier Business Products where he sold copiers door to door in the Florida heat winning numerous sales achievement awards. He has also worked in a variety of sales roles, including Automatic Data Processing as an Account Executive and National Account Manager
Jeff is a graduate of Eckerd College with a B.A. degree majoring in Leisure and Recreation. His hobbies include studying Military History and Formula One auto racing.
Mike Finley
Vice President of Sales, West
Mike’s extensive professional background equips him with a unique blend of Marketing, Sales and Business Development skills with an international perspective.
Mike received an MBA in Marketing and International Commerce studying in Canada, the United States, France, and Sweden. Mike has held positions as Director of Sales with FedEx Office in the U.S., Director of Sales and Marketing with FedEx Office in Australia, and Canada and has worked and lived in Turkey and Scotland
As a Global Account Director with Corporate Visions for the past 3 years Mike has helped sales and marketing teams of Fortune 500 companies like Dell, Lockheed Martin, Qwest, and Baker Hughes create messages that matter, tools sales people will actually use, and deliver conversations that drive results.
